It is foretold that beneath the waves a magical kingdom awaits those brave enough to follow the smuggler’s passage to the seabed; a place where fishes dance amongst glittering coral reefs and merfolk sing sweet lullabies to lovesick sailors.

Celebrate with the Little Mermaid on her birthday as she visits the world above for the first time. Join her daring quest to find her feet in the dark abode of the nefarious Sea Witch. What would you give for your ‘happily ever after’?

Meet the enchanting characters of the sea, where they will take you on a spellbinding journey to the underwater kingdom. There you'll sip on fairytale crafted cocktails and submerse yourself in Hans Christian Andersen’s timeless tale of love and loss.

THE EXPERIENCE

Where is the event located?

The event will take place at Denver Pavilions, 500 16th St Mall, Denver, CO 80202

The venue entrance is located directly across from Sephora and Maggiano’s. Enter Denver Pavilions from the 15th Street and Glenarm Pl side.

For Ubers and Lyfts: Use 15th and Glenarm.

The closest parking lots are the Denver Pavilions surface lots at 15th and Glenarm. There is also an underground lot (entrance on Welton between 15th and 16th). Unfortunetly, we do not validate parking. For more parking info click here.

Is there a dress code?

Guests are encouraged (but not required) to dress up, just be ready to take tons of pictures!

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Will there be any food served?

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

This event is entirely 21+. You will need to show your ID at the entrance.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Ticket holders must arrive by their ticketed time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter.

Is there a dress code?

Guests are encouraged (but not required) to dress up, just be ready to take tons of pictures!

Is the venue suitable for wheelchair users?

Yes, we can accommodate wheelchair users.

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store
On Fever website

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Tickets will NOT be available at the door. All tickets are sold online.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from Google Play and Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

I can’t make it to any of the dates available. Will you be having more sessions?

We may potentially announce additional dates. Stay tuned!

What is your refund/exchange policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date if requested at least 72 hours before your purchased session. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

Do you offer group discounts?

We do not offer group discounts.
